Gladtidings eSchool is an information management system for primary and secondary schools. The system is used to manage classes, subjects, teachers, enrollments, timetabling, pupil payments and school expenditure, continuous assessment, etc. Besides, it offers abilities for Learner performance tracking.
Furthermore, our eSchool comes with a feature that eases sending of pupil results or announcements to parents and guardians through SMS and email. This system is already in use by more than 300 Governemnt secondary schools and some private schools.

FEATURES
- Create classes and subjects, assign subjects to classes, record Teacher???s personal details, leave history and qualifications.
Male to female teacher ratio
- You may also assign Teachers to classes, as well as run various administrative reports such as lists of all Teachers and their subjects, etc
- Register, update, delete or print pupil record cards.
- Automatically upgrade pupils from one grade to another e.g. from 10A to 11A as well as run various enrollment reports such as enrolments per term (males, females etc), drop outs per year or term for various reasons e.g. lack of finance or pregnancies etc

- Create class periods, assign number of periods per subject and automatically generate class, class master, teacher and teacher master time tables.

- Record Pupil assessment results such as results for tests, labs, assignments, end of term tests etc as well as track and analyse performance of pupils using automatically generated graphs and tables.
